KLICHEV DISTRICT, 24 May (BelTA) – Dairy holding companies established in Belarusian regions should harmonize their export strategies, President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko said during his working trip to Klichev District, Mogilev Oblast, on 24 May, BelTA has learnt.
Development prospects of dairy holding companies were discussed by the example of Mogilev-based dairy producer Babushkina Krynka.
Second Belarusian-Lithuanian regional cooperation forum in Lithuania on 28-29 May
VILNIUS, 24 May (BelTA) – The second Belarusian-Lithuanian regional cooperation forum will take place in the Lithuanian cities of Alytus and Druskininkai on 28-29 May. The forum will focus on the future cooperation between municipal and regional authorities, problems of the local economy, tourism encouragement, and the development of agriculture, BelTA has learned.
Belarusian mechanical engineering companies at Agro 2013 in Kyiv
MINSK, 24 May (BelTA) – Belarusian mechanical engineering companies are taking part in the Kyiv-based 25th international agribusiness expo Agro 2013, representatives of the Belarusian Foreign Ministry told BelTA.
A vast display of Belarusian mechanical engineering products has been arranged in the Ukrainian capital.
ICAO recognition for Minsk airport airline safety instructors
MINSK, 24 May (BelTA) – Airline safety instructions of the National Airport Minsk have been issued relevant certificates of the regional bureau of the International Civil Aviation Association (ICAO), the airport’s press service told BelTA.
The certificates were issued after a training course, which was held on 16-23 May.
Circus Walk of Fame to be unveiled in Minsk in September
MINSK, 24 May (BelTA) – The Walk of Fame of circus artists will be set up near the building of the Belarusian State Circus in September, Chief Stage Manager of the circus Serzh Bondarchuk told an online conference on BelTA’s website on 23 May.
According to Serzh Bondarchuk, the Walk of Fame will be officially opened in early September and will be timed to the first night performance of the ice show.
Belarus 2 to feature live broadcast of SKA vs. Esch EHF Challenge Cup final
MINSK, 24 May (BelTA) – The Belarus 2 TV channel will carry a live broadcast of the second leg of the EHF Challenge Cup final that will see handball club SKA Minsk of Belarus take on Luxembourg’s Esch. The broadcast from Minsk Arena begins at 18:00 on 25 May, BelTA has learnt.
The broadcasting of the game appeared to be a controversy that was successfully resolved on 24 May.
