MINSK, 1 September (BelTA) – Taking care of every person, adults and children alike, has always been and will be the key task in Belarus’ policy, said President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko as he opened a new school in the village of Borovlyany, Minsk District, on 1 September. “Whatever hardships we may face, care for people, little and big ones, adults and children, has always been and will be the key topic on the agenda of Belarus’ policy,” said the President.

MINSK, 2 September (BelTA) – Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko has decreed the commendation of 16 Belarusians representing various fields of activity, including athletes, coaches, employees of the National State TV and Radio Company, BelTA learnt from the presidential press service. Those commended by the President include senior coach of the national freestyle team of Belarus Vasily Vorobyev, chief of the team and senior coach of the national freestyle team Anatoly Pastukhov, senior coach of the national biathlon team Alexander Ustinov. More

MINSK, 2 September (BelTA) – Members of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of Belarus Vladimir Maisyuk and Anna Onishchuk will take part in the monitoring of the constitutional referendum in Moldova, BelTA learnt from Anna Onishchuk. MINSK, 2 September (BelTA) – The Executive Board of UNDP / UNFPA approved a country program of the United Nations Fund for Population Activities for Belarus 2011-2015 at an annual session in the UN headquarters in New York, the press service of the Belarusian Foreign Ministry told BelTA.
