MINSK, 3 February (BelTA) – Belarus has negotiated discounted oil prices for four years, Chairman of Belneftekhim Concern Igor Zhilin told reporters on 3 February, BelTA has learnt. “We managed to negotiate very good oil supply terms for 2012-2015. Oil supplies will be increased by 12% compared with the last year.
