MINSK, 6 February (BelTA) – Salaries of Belarusians can be returned to the pre-crisis level within 1-1.5 years, said President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko as he heard out a report from Chairwoman of the Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus (NBRB) Nadezhda Yermakova on 6 February.

MINSK, 6 February (BelTA) – Belarus is working to abolish visa requirements with Argentina and Brazil, the chief of the consular office of the Foreign Ministry of Belarus Alexander Ostrovsky said in an interview to the STV TV channel. “We are actually ready to sign the agreement with Turkey on short-term (maximum 30 days) visa-free trips of citizens.

About 20 investment projects planned in Belarusian transportation, logistics sphere
MINSK, 6 February (BelTA) – There are plans to implement 23 investment projects in the transportation and logistics sphere of Belarus, representatives of the Transport and Communications Ministry told BelTA. In line with the program for developing the logistics system and the action plan for participation and a better position of Belarus in the World Bank’s logistics index rating in 2012 the Transport and Communications Ministry has to implement 23 investment projects, including four ones for the creation of transportation and logistics centers, each larger than 5,000 square meters.

MINSK, 7 February (BelTA) – The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of Belarus has sent a letter to the Ministry of Environment of Lithuania inviting to discuss issues related to the construction of the Visaginas NPP and the Belarusian NPP in the near future, chief for information and public relations -spokesperson for the ministry Yelena Penyaz told BelTA.
