MINSK, 15 January (BelTA) – Belarus has been invited to partake in an informal meeting of foreign and transport ministers of the Eastern Partnership (EaP) member states and EU representatives in Tbilisi, Georgia on 12-13 February, BelTA learnt from spokesman for the Foreign Ministry of Belarus Andrei Savinykh.
“The Belarusian side has received an invitation and considering its participation in the meeting,” he said.
“Belarus is interested in the Eastern Partnership program development. It is of utmost significance that the program follows the principles laid down when it was first developed,” the Belarusian official said.
